Poor Soil Conditions
Clay-rich soils are "elastic" — they expand and contract with moisture. When saturated, clay loses strength and slabs sink like footprints in wet mud. Heavy rains, melting snow and plumbing leaks all contribute.
Polyurethane foam jacking lifts sunken concrete in hours — for about half the cost of replacement. Driveways, sidewalks, garage floors, steps, patios and more.
Replacing concrete is loud, dirty, slow and expensive. Polyurethane foam jacking is faster, cleaner and far kinder to your wallet.
By raising your existing concrete you save it from being torn out and dumped in a landfill.
Uneven concrete creates eyesores and can lead to additional structural cracking over time.
Trip hazards put your family and visitors at risk — and expose you to unwanted liability.
Selling your home? Curb appeal is everything. Level concrete signals a well-cared-for property.
Most jobs take just a few hours and your slab is ready to use immediately upon completion.
Raise your concrete for less than half the price of tearing it out and pouring a new slab.
Clay-rich soils are "elastic" — they expand and contract with moisture. When saturated, clay loses strength and slabs sink like footprints in wet mud. Heavy rains, melting snow and plumbing leaks all contribute.
Many homes are built on backfilled soil. If that fill isn't compacted correctly, it can slowly and unevenly settle — sometimes over the course of a year — pulling your slabs down with it.
Trees and large shrubs can drink up to 30 gallons of water a day. When they're planted near concrete, that lost moisture causes soil to shrink and slabs to drop.
Improper drainage creates pockets of saturated soil. This can be a neighbourhood-wide issue or something as small as a misplaced downspout dumping water in the wrong place.
We exclusively use HMI polyurethane — the modern, engineered material that's lighter, cleaner and more precise than traditional mud slurry.
Concrete raising is typically about half the cost of replacing the same slab.
No grout splatter, no mud, no wash-down. We leave your property the way we found it.
Polyurethane raising uses a nearly invisible 5/8" injection hole — a fraction of mud jacking's footprint.
Our foam weighs ~2 lbs per cubic foot vs. ~100 lbs for traditional mud. It never loses density — ever.
HMI foam is purpose-built for concrete raising and can be tuned to suit residential, commercial or industrial slabs.
Drive on it, walk on it, use it — right away. No multi-day cure times.
We mark out the slab and drill discreet 5/8" injection ports through the concrete. The pattern is engineered to give us full control over the lift — not just one big push.
Two-part HMI polyurethane is injected through the ports. It expands beneath the slab, fills voids, compacts loose soil and gently raises the concrete back to level in real time.
Once the slab is level, we seal each injection hole with a colour-matched patch. The foam cures in minutes — you can use the surface right away.

"I normally don't write testimonials, but when a contractor comes out the same day for an estimate, is extremely knowledgeable and gives a competitive estimate that same day — he deserves a good recommendation. When it came time to do the work he was here exactly when he said he would be, explained what he was going to do, did it right and made sure the job was done right even when it cost him extra time and material. Cleaned up well and left my driveway looking great."
